Everything here is written for one patch of ground: Vaucluse and the eastern harbour headland, NSW 2030, from Watsons Bay and Nielsen Park around to Rose Bay, Bellevue Hill, Dover Heights and Parsley Bay. It is general information about moving on that terrain, not advice about your property.
The guides, the street notes and the Access Survey on this site are general guidance built from our working method. They estimate and steer; they are not a quotation, a fixed price, or a promise that a particular vehicle or crew will suit your property. The plan that binds is the written one you receive after we've assessed your actual move.
Rates
The hourly rates published here are genuine and current. Hours depend on the day, so a rate is not a total; your written plan states how the hours are counted before you commit to anything.
How a booking forms
Sending an enquiry doesn't create a booking, it starts a conversation. A booking exists when we've confirmed date, crew and plan with you in writing and you've accepted. Until then, neither side is committed.
Images and illustrations
Some images on this site are illustrative, stock or generated, and depict the kind of work described rather than a specific past job or client. Diagrams and tool outputs are illustrations of method, not measurements of your property.
Third-party information
Where we cite external sources, councils, courts, consumer authorities, industry associations, we link the source and describe it in good faith; those organisations control their own content and requirements, which can change. Verify anything that matters against the source itself.
Fair use of this site
Don't scrape the enquiry form, submit false enquiries, or misuse the survey tool. We may decline enquiries that appear automated or abusive.
